There are so many beautiful places to shoot around the QCA, but my favorites right now are downtown Davenport, Linen and Light Studio in Eldridge (think temperature controlled and in house bathroom - two very important factors for little kiddos!), in-home and backyard sessions! I love coming to you in an environment that you and your kids are comfortable in - it makes it easier on everyone!

As soon as possible - I promise! I have two littles and work a part-time job in addition to my photography business, so life can get busy! Because I want to give you my best possible work, it may take time to get your pictures back. I promise to keep you updated!

Well... yes and no. I realized I’m most inspired by intimate weddings where the focus is on connection rather than production, so that’s where I’m putting my energy now. If you're having a micro wedding, courthouse ceremony or an elopement I'd love to chat with you!

(Hopefully you got The Grinch reference!) The short answer is: it really depends on the vibe you're wanting to go with but outfits matter... a lot! If we're shooting in a studio, I strongly recommend Vintage Gap (think denim and white). If we're shooting outdoors, I'm really loving bright bold colors and patterns right now, but if that's not your vibe then neutrals photograph very well! I'll never demand that you wear anything in particular but I will help guide you through it as our session gets closer.

It might bother you - but it doesn't bother me! I've learned to lean into the crazy and document the perfectly imperfect moments, and those end up being some of my favorite shots! Just get your family dressed and ready, I'll handle the rest!
